- Which connector standard should I choose for the Gulf region?
- Type 2 (IEC 62196-2) covers most EU-imported and Chinese export-spec vehicles registered in GCC. For fleets running BYD / Chery / GWM domestic-spec, order GB/T variant. Switching between standards on a deployed unit is not field-serviceable
- Are warranty units replaceable in market?
- Yes — we ship 3% extra spare PCBs and connector heads with every 100-unit order. Warranty is 24 months from B/L date with on-site replacement parts
- Can the unit be branded with our logo?
- Yes — OEM branding (laser-etched faceplate + custom packaging) available with MOQ 50 units, +3% on FOB unit price
